Medtronic has appointed Michelle Quinn, current general counsel at BD, to succeed Ivan Fong as EVP, General Counsel & Secretary. Fong plans to retire on July 21 after serving since 2022.
Quinn joined BD in 2019, rising to general counsel in 2023. Her career includes senior legal leadership roles at Novartis’ Sandoz division and Catalent Pharma Solutions.
Fong previously held top legal posts at 3M, the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, and Cardinal Health.
