June 30, 2025 — Vicarious Surgical (NYSE: RBOT) announced the election of Fuad Ahmad and Joseph Doherty to its board of directors, effective June 27. The company also marked the departure of longtime board member Ric Fulop.
Ahmad brings extensive financial leadership in medtech, having served as CFO of Iridex and other healthcare companies. Doherty offers deep industry experience from his roles at Olympus Surgical Technologies America and Johnson & Johnson.
