Lifeward (Nasdaq: LFWD), the personal exoskeleton company formerly known as ReWalk Robotics, has named Mark Grant as its new president and CEO, effective June 2, 2025.

Grant brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including nearly two decades at Medtronic, where he served as VP for the Americas, and most recently held executive roles at IMRA Surgical. He succeeds Larry Jasinski, who will support the transition as co-CEO until the end of June and serve in an advisory role through 2025.

The leadership change comes as Lifeward ramps up commercialization of its next-gen ReWalk 7 exoskeleton system, part of a broader strategy to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

“I’m honored to join Lifeward at this pivotal stage,” Grant said. “We’ll focus on building a solid foundation for long-term success.”
