Medtronic has partnered with Methinks AI to enhance stroke care across Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, Türkiye, and the Middle East. Methinks AI’s radiological triage system detects over 80% of large vessel occlusions using non-contrast CT imaging, allowing for faster stroke assessment, even in regions with limited access to advanced imaging technology.
This collaboration builds on Medtronic’s earlier partnership with Brainomix to expand AI-driven stroke solutions in Western Europe. By integrating AI into clinical practice, Medtronic aims to improve stroke diagnosis, streamline connectivity between stroke centers and regional hospitals, and enhance care coordination. The company believes these advancements will accelerate therapy adoption and improve patient outcomes.
